Refund Policy

14 days WATCH return

Our return policy lasts 14 days upon receipt of your watch. If 14 days have gone by since you received your watch, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused and in the same mint condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to return your watch

To return your watch, first you must inform our Customer Service team via our 24/7 online chat at yema.com so we can open a ticket to track your refund request. You will receive a FIRST email confirming your case has been opened and instructions about how to return your watch.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your watch for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In case the watch has been purchased via an Authorised Dealer, please do not send your watch back directly to us but through the Authorised Dealer.

 

14 days MONEY return (if applicable)

Once your watch is received at YEMA's workshops it will be subject to an inspection. We will then send you a SECOND email to inform you that we have received your watch and if the refund has been approved or rejected

If approved, then your refund will be processed 14 working days AFTER having received your watch

A credit will then be applied to your credit card or Paypal account. If you haven’t received a refund after that period, please contact your credit card company / Paypal, usually there's some processing time required before a refund is posted in your account. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via our 24/7 online chat at yema.com.

 

Exceptions

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted (if applicable): 

1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Yema manufacturing or transport 

2. Any item that is returned beyond 14 working days after delivery

3. Gift cards are exempt from being returned

4. IMPORTANT: According to EU laws, Numbered and Limited Edition watches are also exempt from being returned/refunded since these require customisation (unique numbers engraving)

 5. For pre-orders, watches can only be returned within the first 14 working days after delivery (and NOT before) except for above mentioned points 1, 2, 3 and 4.

 

Gifts

If the watch was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return provided you comply with the above mentioned Exceptions. Once the returned watch is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the watch wasn’t marked as a gift when the order was placed, or the person that offered you the watch as a gift had the order shipped to him directly, we will send a refund directly to him.
