Refund Policy

Returns

Our refund policy lasts 14 days upon receipt of your watch. If 14 days have gone by since you received your watch, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused and in the same mint condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions

There are certain situations where refunds will not be granted (if applicable): 

1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Yema manufacturing or transport 

2. Any item that is returned beyond 14 days after delivery

3. Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

4. Numbered and Limited Edition watches are also exempt from being returned/refunded.

5. For pre-orders, watches can be only returned within the first 14 days after delivery except for above mentioned points 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your watch is received at Yema's workshops it will be subject to an inspection within 7 days. We will then send you an email to inform you that we have received your watch and if the refund has been approved or rejected. 

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank / credit card / Paypal account again. 

Then contact your credit card company / Paypal, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time required before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at privilege@yema.com or via our online chat.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at privilege@yema.com and send your item to: SDL SARL, 1, rue Fontaine l’Épine, 25500 MORTEAU, France.

Commercial Warranty

The 2 year warranty is based on normal use of the product. This guarantee excludes the crystal, the bracelet and its buckle, the case and bezel surface treatment and the battery (for quartz models).

Gifts

If the watch was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return provided you comply with above mentioned 5 exceptions. Once the returned watch is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the watch wasn’t marked as a gift when the order was placed, or the person that offered you the watch as a gift had the order shipped to him directly, we will send a refund directly to him.

Shipping

To return your watch, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your watch. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In case the watch has been purchased via an Authorised Dealer, please do not send your watch back directly to the manufacturer (Yema) but through the Authorised Dealer.
